Sushi Hana AYCE sushi located at south end area, we are seeking for perfect team to join us, we are currently looking for Hostess, Servers, bartenders and assistant managers.

Hostess position,

- Greeting and Seating Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.

Manage the waitlist efficiently and provide accurate wait times.

Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.

- Reservations:

Answer phone calls and assist guests with making reservations.

maintain an organized reservation system.

Confirm reservations and manage any special requests.

- Communication:

Effectively communicate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.

Provide information to guests regarding menu items, specials, and promotions.

- Customer Service:

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

- Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the host stand and waiting area clean and organized.

Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Servers position,

-Order Taking:

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.

Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu.

-Food and Beverage Service:

Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.

Ensure that all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Upselling and Promotions:

Promote specials, new menu items, and promotions to guests.

Upsell additional items when appropriate.

-Table Maintenance:

Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before and after each guest.

Monitor and refill beverages as needed.

Clear empty plates and glasses from tables in a timely manner.

- Billing and Payment:

Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.

Handle cash and provide correct change when necessary.

Bartender Positions,

- Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.

Follow standardized recipes and techniques for drink preparation.

- Mixology Skills:

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mixology and be creative in crafting new and unique cocktails.

Stay updated on current beverage trends and continuously expand drink menu offerings.

- Customer Service:

Greet customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.

Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when requested.

Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for guests at the bar.

- Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, following health and safety guidelines.

Assistant managers positions,

- Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

-Operational Oversight:

Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and policies.
