Job Title: Remote Member Services Agent (Call Center)

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | Equipment Provided

Compensation: Starting at $17.00/hour

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Agent to join our fully remote call center team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering outstanding service, and wants to be part of a team where ideas are welcomed and valued.

Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):

Minimum 1 year of call center experience (within the last 5 years). Note: Retail or general customer service alone does not qualify.

Availability to work any shift, including weekends, within the hours of Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST.

Must reside in North Carolina.

A private and quiet home workspace with a door to eliminate distractions is required.

Hardwired high-speed internet connection is mandatory. Minimum required speeds: 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional support through phone and/or email channels.

Listen actively to fully understand customer inquiries and concerns.

Use critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Maintain accuracy in customer records and data input.

Stay current with changes in company policies and procedures.

Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions and tasks.

Be punctual and reliable in support of team goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Comfortable using multiple software systems and screens simultaneously.

1–3 years of recent experience in a contact center or call center setting.

Solid understanding of customer service best practices.

Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Excellent communication (verbal and written).

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

This is a fully remote position. All necessary equipment will be provided.
