Job Description:
As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for generating and closing sales leads while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions, all while contributing to the achievement of sales targets. You will be responsible to assist walk in clients and place orders in system.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails and online research.
2. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and understanding of their evolving needs.
3. Educate customers on our products or services, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
4. Present, demonstrate, and explain product/service offerings effectively to potential customers.
5. Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
6. Maintain accurate up-to-date customer information in our system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
8. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress and customer feedback to the sales manager.
10. Continuously improve sales skills and stay informed about the market conditions and competitor offerings.
