Our Team is looking for trucking dispatchers that would like to be part of our unique team and work from home!
This isn’t just a dispatcher job, this is a Logistics Business Manager position, which means we go over and above.
We are all about taking care of the Owner Operator's needs and easing the stress of finding the LOADS they want. With the ability to have as many Owner operators as you can handle means your earning potential is unlimited. Also, we have many opportunities for residual income.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track truckloads in a timely fashion by communicating with drivers, brokers, and customer representatives regarding pickup, deliveries, and status updates.
Manage drivers' home time and productivity.
Maintain accurate computer dispatch and scheduling records to ensure smooth and accurate communication flow.
Ensure driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, brokers, co-workers, and potential customers to help foster existing relationships and build new ones.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
Competent with using a computer. (Must have a computer, not a tablet or smartphone to work from)
Desire to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team
Ability to work from home with a computer (you must have yourself), high-speed internet, and a phone.
Preferred Qualifications:
Truck Dispatching, Trucking Transportation, or logistics experience
No experience necessary will train
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
