RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify, source, and attract potential candidates,
· Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and fully complete the onboarding process for new hire.
· Assist recruiting Manager with job fairs, as well as establishing relationships with Trade schools in the area.
· Create and research new ways of finding new applicants while building a new pipeline of potential candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with ATS System, as well as knowledge of office management and procedures
· 2+ years of recruiting for fast paced positions.
· Strong organizational skills accompanied by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High School or Equiv.
