Part-Time Foreclosure Research Assistant Wanted- This is very part-time a few hours per month-
We need a professional person to attend auctions 2-4 times a month on our behalf.
The actions are in the courthouse area and sometimes we may need you to drive by a house prior to the auction.
You have to go to the court to get foreclosure copies.
You will deal with people in a professional manner. The auctions are on Tuesday and Thursday- you have to be there for those.
The inspections can be flexible.
You need to be great at communication and being in touch and following very specific instruction.
This is a great opportunity for someone to start with 4-10 hours per month and pays 25.00 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Auctions & Research inside the courthouse- easy but must be done.
Support outreach & communication with court/bank.
Maintain organized records & reports.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented & excellent research skills.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with real estate & foreclosures (a plus).
Flexible part-time hours available.
