We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on potential products, analyzing market trends, and identifying profitable opportunities within multiple ecommerce marketplaces. He/She must have a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's platform and its various services. He/She will play a crucial role in reaching out to brands and securing new accounts, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries Amazon account health, implementing effective marketing strategies, monitoring financial figures, and leading our advertising efforts on Amazon and other online platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demands, and gaps within

specific product categories.

Analyze competitors; offerings, pricing strategies, and customer reviews.

2. Product Identification:

Research and identify potential products for listing on the Amazon platform.

Evaluate product viability based on factors such as demand, competition, and

profitability.

3. Supplier and Manufacturer Relations:

Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers for selected products.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure competitive advantage.

4. Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock

situations. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely restocking.

5. Assist in Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Handle returns, refunds, and other customer-related issues.

6. Marketing and Promotions:

Implement marketing strategies, including running promotions and advertising

campaigns. Optimize PPC campaigns for better visibility and sales.

7. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various Amazon ad formats.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed

decisions.

Generate reports to assess the performance of products and campaigns and

generate regular reports to track key performance indicators.

9. Competitor Research:

Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends.

10. Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

Implement budget allocation strategies based on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Filipino and English

 Proven experience in product research and analysis, preferably within an e-

commerce environment.

 Familiarity with multiple marketplaces such as AMZ, WFS, etc dynamics and seller tools.

 In-depth knowledge of Amazon's seller platform, policies, and procedures.

 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

 Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

 Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.

 In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

 Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
