Job Duties
: Cultivate business relationships and manage workflow via a CRM platform.
Accept Inbound/Make Outbound calls to assist consumer finance clients with finance and account questions. Have a working knowledge of consumer finance and KRW products.
Respond/Send emails in the Customer Service Que. Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills Competent computer skills
Strong work ethic, outgoing and driven
Time management and organization skills
Computer troubleshooting a plus
