An exciting position has become available for Mother Baby Perinatal Nurse Manager for a top healthcare organization in central North Carolina.

The Mother Baby Perinatal Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the unit. They will be in charge of staffing, education, patient satisfaction and the budget. The Womens and Childrens RN Nurse Manager will not only have the responsibility of the unit, staff and patients, but also help support the Nurse Director, Leadership Team and organizational goals.
Educational requirements for this position include a North Carolina nursing license, 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Womens and Childrens Services, BSN and prior leadership experience is recommended. The Nurse Manager will work day shift with occasional after hours support as needed.
