The Engagement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both clients and the internal team. This position involves supporting phone and help desk communications, coordinating schedules, sending timely client communications, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while contributing to daily operations and team collaboration.The Engagement Specialist will provide the following services:Answer and direct incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism in a timely mannerMonitor and provide timely support for incoming Help Desk requests Send out consult reminders, welcome emails, and introductory materials to new clients or resourcesAssist with daily schedule oversight, updates, and coordinationAssemble marketing packets and deliver materials to partners or events as neededPick up physical contracts, documents, or deposits when requiredServe as a backup for scheduling support during peak times or team absencesProvide highest level of client serviceComplete online, in-office, and on-site trainingsParticipate in Team MeetingsRead and respond as needed to Team Updates and emails
