Find out how far your passion can take you.About the JobThe Manager of our Senior Living & Account Manger Team will lead a team of quota carrying salespeople as they bring our best-in-class senior living specific solution to market and support our expansion within existing clients in both our senior living and acute care markets. With over 2,200 healthcare sites already on board and more joining every week this is an exciting opportunity for the right leader – helping the team increase their velocity in the mid-market and expand the solutions in use at our existing clients. If so, this role is for you!What you’ll be doing Coaching the sales team on all aspects of sales (prospecting, discovery, deal management, forecasting, closing) through a variety of methods (live coaching, one-on-one call review, role play and group call review) Driving team engagement while managing performance and ensuring adoption of our sales methodology and sales tools (connecting with your team, understanding their motivations, showing the connection between KPIs and results and working collaboratively with reps – ensuring that together you and the team delivers your best) Helping team members create prospecting/action plans so they can deliver on their monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Delivering accurate forecasts. Learning the market and providing insight within the team and cross departmentally (product, marketing, etc) to ensure what we offer matches the needs of our prospects and clients.
