Laboratory Technician - Part-time

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for general testing following written procedures, capable of maintaining lab equipment based on written procedures, and the execution of written protocols with limited supervision.Various support tasks through the department assigned on an as-needed basis. Limited sample preparation, glassware cleaning, sample disposal and cleaning.Routine use of computer applications, primarily Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)Moderate use of basic lab equipment (i.e., balances, stir plates, hotplates, baths, etc.) and instrumentation (i.e., meters, spectrophotometers, balances, etc
