The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers’ primary point of contact within the company. Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateDemonstrates and promotes the company visionRoutine use of computers, primarily via spreadsheets and word processing software.Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Regular attendance and punctualityAdvanced sample interpretation of clients' analytical requirements and data entry into computer system by keeping up-to-date with technical center requirementsMaintain client files Handling of incoming informational calls into departmentRead, understand, and carry out SOPs; follow all safety precautions and proceduresConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedKey Positions Functions: Sample Receiving (70%)Sample delivery and pickup (10%)General customer service to assist Customer Service Manager.
