Find out how far your passion can take you. About the roleOversees Brightly Global Contingent Workforce Program. You will be responsible for managing the processes and procedures that guide interactions with third-party resources. You will serves as the central liaison for all external and internal stakeholders and aligns standards for onboarding and offboarding of Brightly global non-employee workforce. You are will work to centralize processes where possible and where not possible, provides standards and recommendations to local teams on how they can execute their processes more efficiently.What you will do

Work with a cross-functional team to create a contingent workforce strategy and program from the ground up.

Develop the vision for the Contingent Workforce program (along with business partners and cross functional teams) and be the main point of contact

Ensure compliance by reporting and auditing the success of the program in alignment with company policies.

Ensure contingent workers are properly classified and Brightly is compliant with applicable laws and regulations

Work with Procurement/Legal to draft new agreements for consultants and amendments for changes to existing contracts

Work with to prepare strategies to onboard/offboard contractors, consultants, and temps.

Develop and monitor contingent workforce metrics as the program scales across the company

Educate and train hiring managers on the contingent workforce process

Partner with the IT team to ensure contingent workers have appropriate access to systems and equipment

Work with Procurement to source Managed Service Provider(s) and other staffing solutions

The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

What you need

Minimum 7 years of experience managing Contingent Workforce Programs or Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on establishing end-to-end contingent workforce best practices

Strong understanding of staffing trends and best practices

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and build key relationships internally and externally

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self starter who's motivated to build a program from the basics and enable steady progress
