Performs inventory reconciliation investigations, utilizing D365, 3PL transaction reports, and additional information to document reasons for discrepancies
Resolves inventory reconciliations discrepancies in D365 (transacting batch flips, performing inventory adjustments, etc) or by working with external manufacturing reps, planners, warehousing/contract manufacturing site personnel, to ensure inventory accuracy between the site and D365
Performs data cleansing of 3PL reported count sheets for preparation of Reconciliation tool
Creating the monthly master inventory reconciliation file for analysis and reporting
Responsible for analysis and updating weekly status reports for inventory reconciliation
Develops and performs analysis, pulls data, and distributes reporting, as needed
Responsible to maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Supports warehousing team with day-to-day functions in D365, as needed
Supports inventory management projects, as needed
Helps fix shipments so that there is the correct inventory being shipped out per FEFO (first expired, first out) when issues arrive
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred) or minimum of 6 years experience in logistics,
supply chain management, inventory management, or related field
Knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation processes
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) - comfortable with
creating/utilizing lookups, pivot tables, formulas, managing large data sets
Ability to prioritize, adjust to a frequently changing environment and works well under tight
timelines
Has an investigative mindset, strong analytical skill, high level of integrity, and a flexible
team-player
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
