Description: Minimum of Bachelor’s degreeAdvanced Excel experience is a must have, including recent experience with pivots, VLOOKUP, IF statements, advanced formulas, text versus number, etc.Strong end-user computing skills (Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, Word)Business Analyst relevant experience of at least two yearsExperience with detailed documentationExperience with Finance/Accounting IT systems a plusAbility to work in a fast paced environment, and the ability to work independently with little oversightMust be organized and detail orientedRoles and Responsibilities:Compile and analyze data in ExcelDevelop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations leveraging MS Office productsInitiate and negotiate contracts/agreement with vendorsInvestigate and approve invoices and timesheets in a timely mannerPerform monthly reconciliation of PO’s, invoices, timesheets and budgetNegotiate with vendors on discrepanciesUpdate customer on monthly status reportOnboard any new suppliers to internal processInteract with Finance, Legal and PMO VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
