Caribbean University is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions and Marketing Officer for our Vega Baja Center. This role is crucial in identifying and participating in promotional activities and conducting active marketing to recruit new students to the University. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional who can effectively promote our academic programs and services while building relationships with prospective students, schools, and organizations.Understand and promote the University's Vision, Mission, academic offerings, and services across all Academic UnitsCoordinate and conduct visits to schools, agencies, and institutions to provide information about Caribbean University's programs and servicesIdentify and participate in events that offer opportunities to refer prospective students to the Admissions OfficeConduct interviews with prospective students and assist them in the application processDevelop and maintain records of potential candidates for Caribbean UniversityParticipate in promotional and recruitment activities, exhibitions, and school conferencesPrepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by supervisors or administratorsMeet productivity agreements and performance levels set for the Marketing Officer positionManage and distribute promotional materials responsiblyConduct follow-up calls and implement required marketing and recruitment strategiesCreate work plans and activity reports on a weekly, monthly, semester, or annual basis as requiredParticipate in professional development activities as neededMeet quotas for prospective students, admission applications, and new student enrollmentPerform other related duties as assigned
