ADVENT LADEN Subject Matter Expert (SME) Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World ADVENT LADEN Subject Matter Expert (SME)The ADVENT LADEN SME requires a combination of active and passive training techniques in technical skill sets that support the implementation of ADVENT LADEN. The SME supports the planning, support to, and execution of ADVENT LADEN requirements in unit readiness exercises. The SME also provides ADVENT LADEN subject matter expertise to exercise control, recommending course material changes as required. The SME coordinates all ADVENT LADEN-related contractor support for all exercises and courses to include: scenario scripting, site surveys, and overall task implementation. The SME also supports evaluation of ADVENT LADEN specific individual and collective tasks in an exercise environment.Requirements:- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Graduate of ASOTC
- Graduate of U.S. SOF qualification course (e.g. Individual Training Course, Special Forces Qualification Course, or equivalent)
- Minimum of seven (7) years' SOF experience
- SOF background with experience in operations, planning, training, and logistics support
- Understands special operations unit, command and component structure and mission
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing ADVENT LADEN Operations (ALO)
- Experience working with an Operational Control Element/Cell in a deployed environment
- Graduate of ADVENT LADEN Manager's Course, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Operations Management Course, or equivalent interagency course
