Lead Project Analyst / Engineer

Identify, plan and execute testing activities in Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high quality software and ensure compliance according to regulatory statutes, policies and procedures. Test Web Application software, including Java and .Net. Test Web Services, Test applications which utilize IBM's MQ Series platform. Perform black and white-box tests. Create and maintain test plans, cases and summaries. Write and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts. Manage test data and perform data analysis. Define, maintain and organize input and output data. Develop and maintain quality repositories to assure quality data integrity, including Microsoft SQL and Oracle platforms. Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to the Scrum Master, QA lead or Project Manager. Review and verify functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria. Provide work estimates for testing activities. Assist in the setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools. Collect and report on quality statistics and metrics. Record and monitor discovered defects and QA related issues. Participate in quality related discussions. Promote continuous improvement. Improve test cycle during Sprints through the use of testing tools. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or foreign equivalent and five (5) years of progressive experience in the position offered or as a Test Engineer. Position requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following: Design, Develop, Implement and Execute Manual Functional Test and Test Automation Framework in QTP, RTW; Visual Studio; LoadRunner scripting; JIRA; ETL verification; Quality Center; MQ Series; Selenium Scripting; Web Services Testing Tools; SOAP and XML WSDL Testing; Back end validation of Microsoft SQL and Oracle platforms databases.
