- Works with the Laboratory Systems Implementation and Support Team to address the ongoing system configuration, support, and implementation needs for LCWS, DI, WAM, CentraLink, LMS, and any future middleware and interface platforms.
- Serves as liaison between laboratory operations and the programming/computer operations area in recommending and implementing changes, assists with overall laboratory computer conversions and in assisting with developing and testing laboratory related software and hardware.
