Responsibilities:
● Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, hot water tanks, and drains
● Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues according to local codes
● Manage work orders and coordinate with other contractors for efficient repairs
● Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and keep accurate records of assignments and system conditions
Qualifications:
● 1+ years of plumbing experience, particularly in new home builds
● A valid NC Driver’s License and a safe driving record
● Proficient in using technology like iPads and plumbing software
Preferred:
● Equipment operating experience
● Personal basic hand tools required for plumbing tasks
● Plumbing License
