Beech Mountain Club has exciting seasonal opportunities in our Golf Outside Services Department. We are searching for individuals who are passionate about the golf industry and who provide exceptional member service!
Status: Seasonal Hourly – 20-35 Hours per week average
Reports to: Head Golf Professional
Compensation: $10-$14 per hour, plus gratuity, golf privileges, discounted meals on duty
Job Summary:
As a vital member of our outside services staff, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service and assistance to our Members and their guests. You will play a crucial role in the management of daily operations, including the bag drop, short game area, driving range, cart barn, and bag room.
The Outside Services Employees have these Operational Responsibilities:
Collaborate in overseeing daily outside operations for the short game, driving range, cart barn, and bag room.
Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure the efficiency and success of the outside services operation.
Maintain a consistently professional demeanor, upholding a polished image both while on duty and away from the Club.
Always display a helpful and hospitable attitude, and always greet members and their guests when encountered, showing a willingness to serve and help.
Stay well-informed about and actively promote all club activities and services.
Keep your workspace clean and well-organized.
Ensure each golf cart is adequately stocked with necessary supplies, including towels, water, pencils, and scorecards.
Prepare Members' and guests' bags for the day, offering excellent attention to detail.
Provide thorough cleaning of clubs and bags before and after each round.
Monitor all facilities and ensure they are restocked and properly presented throughout the day.
