Entry-Level Leadership & Driver Position – Competitive Pay & Benefits
We are looking for an entry-level leader to join our team in a combined driving and leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both the field and management, while being part of a supportive and growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
Driver Duties (85% of the time):
Operate a Class B straight truck with a Moffett forklift to deliver lumber and construction materials to job sites.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to construction sites.
Leadership & Administrative Duties (15% of the time):
Assist in scheduling and tracking maintenance for 4 trucks.
Provide guidance and coaching to 3 drivers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Collect and file daily paperwork and other necessary documentation.
Help maintain strong customer relationships and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Position Details:
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required.
Ideal candidates must have at least a Class B CDL with a valid medical card.
Prior leadership or management experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong professionalism and communication skills are essential.
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission system.
Expected annual gross income: $63,000 to $70,000.
