Hi, I’m Colin, owner of South Bound Services. We’re an installation company working with national window treatment companies, local designers, and dealers. We’re looking for skilled professionals with at least 3 years of experience in trades like carpentry, handyman work, building, framing, or electrical. If you’re familiar with the window treatment industry, even better!
What We Do:
- Install shades, blinds, and drapery
- Provide precise measuring and on-site repairs
- Offer continuous service throughout our contracts
What We Offer:
- In-house training and national certifications
- Full admin support: we handle scheduling, customer communications, and more
- Plenty of work with higher-than-average pay
How It Works:
- You’re a 1099 subcontractor, responsible for your vehicle, tools, insurance, and taxes
- We provide the jobs, and you earn a fixed percentage of each job completed
- The faster and more precise you are, the more you earn—no caps
- Percentage starts at 50%, with potential to increase up to 65% based on performance
Earnings Potential:
- Our installers typically make between $50k-$150k annually, working 35-50 hours a week
- This is a new market for us, so you’ll start slow but can quickly ramp up
- Top performers can build a team under them, taking on larger projects and earning even more
