On a scale of 1-10, applicant must be an 8 or higher, in Skill, Work Ethic, Attitude, Awareness, Communication, and ability to work in Harmony with others on the crew.
You must be able to work responsibly, often on your own—and maintain productivity and quality—even when no one is there looking over your shoulder.
