We are a growing company in the Hendersonville area and we are seeking someone with experience as a site super. We specialize in remodels in residential and commercial. Other facets of the company will be coming in the future. If you are the type of person who wants to be treated with respect, wants to be better tomorrow then you are today, wants to be part of team, receive proper support and have opportunities for continuing education, we may be a great fit. Having said that, we are only looking for someone with experience (not green) who is wanting more for themselves. In order to be considered for this position please read the criteria below.
You must have a valid driver's license, be familiar with construction software, have excellent communication skills, be able to document essential information, understand building code, ensure the trades maintain code compliancy, have an eye for detail, must be comfortable with homeowners and commercial clients alike and also be able to schedule and coordinate your jobsites effectively and in a timely manner. All jobs are in WNC and most are inside of a 1hr drive from Hendersonville.
M-F, a company phone, laptop and iPad will be provided, weekly pay by direct deposit, work vehicle provided after 6 months of employment, holiday pay, paid vaca after 1 yr of employment, bonuses available and other benefits coming in the near future.
We have our unlimited license and our projects currently range between $75k-$800k with several projects on the horizon reaching into the millions. We have a coordinator, a project manager, estimator and site supers already. We're looking for another member. We're building our team that feels like family.
