Position: Carpenter / Crew Leader
Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time, Any-time
Compensation: Approx. $22-$30 per hour (8-112 hours per week, you decide)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Yourself Professionally: Represent our company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Deck Construction: Plan, frame, and build decks using various types of wood and composite materials.
Communication: Provide status updates and report potential issues via phone or text.
Site Maintenance: Keep work sites clean and organized.
Safety Compliance: Closely follow all safety rules and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Live in Macon County: Locals only since all jobs will be within the county.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Reliable Transportation: You’ll need reliable transportation to get to job sites.
Smartphone: Must have a smartphone for our time tracking and scheduling app.
Self-Management: Ability to work independently and self-manage.
Carpentry Experience: Proficient in all aspects of carpentry.
Positive Attitude: Bring a positive attitude to the team.
Own Tools: Own standard carpentry/framing tools.
