Residential framing crews

Looking for framing crews to build small one story houses in and around the Ashville area. We're looking at a few hundred projects over the next couple of years. We need crews that can work independently as we're based about 4 hours east of Ashville. We build the same plans now in our area and it takes roughly 5 days with a crew of 5 or 6.
