Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing in residential . Your expertise in blueprint reading, pipe threading will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing systems.
Duties:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools
Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines
Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of pipe threading techniques
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Proficient in pipe threading techniques
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues in plumbing systems
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other construction professionals
Additional requirements :
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
