We are a very busy, small, family-oriented construction company, primarily focusing on major renovations and additions. We also build about 4 new homes per year, following green-building guidelines.
We are looking for happy, fun people who also dub as skilled carpenters and carpenters' helpers. We are looking for people who are self-starters and who can move to the next task without needing extreme direction. People who take pride in their work and appearance are a must. We appreciate people who bring a creative, artistic mindset to the job, but can stay focused and work at a fast pace while doing a superior job. We are fairly easy going and have a team of people we consider family working for us. We are looking for the right person (people) to replace some folks who recently moved with their families out of the area.
We can teach all skills, but you must bring a sense of humor, stability and hardworking attitude! Please, leave the drama and bullshit at home. We've been doing this too long to deal with no-shows, excuses and we are just tired of the drama.
We currently have jobs running in Mars Hill, Asheville, Montford, Burnsville and Town Mountain, but please expect travel all through the area.
