GENERAL MAINTENANCE MAN NEEDED
THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITIONITS AS NEEDED POSITION ONLY:
Need a General maintenance man to help out when needed at a 5 Unit apt Building in the downtown Asheville (Montford) area.
Below is a list of the type work I consistently need done on a regular basis. . You do not have to be able to do everything listed but PLEASE elaborate and let me know what on the list you CAN OR CANNOT do. It may not be necessary but PLEASE let me know what type licenses and insurances you might have . You must be drug and alcohol free while doing work and must be willing to provide a valid drivers license etc
1Painting interior and exterior
2Plumbing such as sink-faucet-toilets-water line-piping etcrepair or replacement
3Electrical-receptacles-ceiling fans-light fixtures etc
4window repair or replacement and window glass replacement
5Carpentry such as hardwood flooring-wood repair.
6Ceramic or Laminate tile work and flooring
7 Gas water heater repair and replacement
8Burham- Steam Boiler service and repair and steam radiator leak repair.
9Gutter Cleaning
10Storm door repair and replacement
11Interior and exterior wood door repair and replacement
12Dead bolt and door locks and door hinges repair or replacement
13-Any type of concrete repair or replacement
14Interior and exterior wood repair or replacement
15German lap siding repair or replacement.(Exterior only)
16Gutter cleaning
17Landscaping such as cutting grass-edging-weed killing-fertilizing-trimming of Rosa Sheron bushes etc
18Gas Stove repair or replacement
19 Refrigerator repair or replacement
20Cleaning of apartments when the move out.
21Junkfurniture removal etc
