Local computer repair shop seeking full time technician with a strong Apple , phone and/or PC background to perform bench repair services.

Applicants ideally would possess many of the following skills:

- A strong familiarity with basic maintenance tasks performed via command prompt or terminal

- Knowledge of Apple hardware in either desktop or laptop computers, cellular phones, as well as the ability to source replacement parts

- Fluency with Apple platforms, iCloud, iOS

- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting Skills

The ideal candidate for customer service positions would possess a winning 'customer-first' attitude with the ability to multitask, listen to, follow directions, and interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as technical knowledge of both Windows-based and Apple computers and cellular devices currently on the market. MUST be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for extended (2+ hours) periods, and have an understanding of cash handling procedures. Prior experience in a retail store is preferred but not required.
