We are currently having to turn away potential clients. We need therapists who are responsible, and ready to build their clientele. Most of our customers return for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
Our ideal LMBT will be a clean, kind, thorough, knowledgable, easy to get along with team player and will be able to truly listen to their clients needs and be able to implement an appropriate treatment.
Yam provides all equipment, linens, lotions, etc, as well as advertising extensively. We also believe that a strong community presence is important. During warmer months, we massage at many outdoor events. All of this increases your visibility as a therapist and builds regular clients.
Most of our available shifts are currently afternoon/evening and weekends, so your ability to work some evening and weekend shifts would be a plus.
Starting pay will be based on experience, but do know we pay some of the highest hourly treatment rates around. All LMBTs are employees and must be NC state licensed, carry liability insurance and adhere to all local and state laws.
Therapist keeps 100% of tips which is typically in the $20/treatment hour range.
