Our company needs a reliable, well-organized office manager to handle day-to-day operations. This is a critical position in our small, family based, construction company. We specialize in new construction custom homes and have been a thriving business in the Asheville area for almost a decade.
The office manager will be responsible for the following:
- Creating company invoices
- Providing quotes for multiple construction jobs
- Compiling Excel and Word documents
- Interacting with vendors and customers as well as the internal team
- Running day to day tasks
We are looking for a professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and can work well independently
Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel) and Quickbooks is preferred but not necessary
Training provided
Flexible schedule in a casual family oriented setting
