HVAC Dispatcher

Small, locally-owned HVAC service and repair company looking for dependable and punctual employee to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Duties include, but not limited to, answer incoming telephone calls, schedule HVAC service appointments, obtain pricing and availability of repair parts, maintain and update status of repairs, order HVAC supplies and repair parts, and process claims for warranty parts. MUST be computer-literate, have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel, have short learning curve for new software, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills to maintain professional, friendly relationships with customers and vendors. Please send cover letter and resume.
