There are two part-time job opportunities available working for Asheville Psychic Medium Kelly Palmatier of Channeling White Light. Each role is expected to take approximately 5-10 hours per week (or 10-20 combined). These two roles could be filled by one person or two, so you may apply for one or both roles. This is a part-time, contract position. The vast majority of the work will be telecommuting, but occasional on-location work (assisting with events) is also required. The compensation is $23 per hour.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for tasks such as setting up Zoom links, emailing clients, creating and publishing social media posts, managing email inboxes, and other miscellaneous tasks. This position requires organization and attention to detail. There are exact instructions that will need to be followed. You can set your own hours as long as there is at least a small amount of work done each day (keeping up with email and scheduling).

BOOKING AGENT

This role will take charge of booking, planning, and executing special events. For example, Psychic Medium Kelly Palmatier regularly donates group mediumship readings as fundraisers for non-profit organizations. She would also like to sponsor food, clothing, and/or toy drives, blood drives, and similar events. Other events to be booked include group readings for the public at various theatres or other performance venues. This role will also book interviews with media, including podcasts, etc. This person must be based in Asheville, NC.

Tasks include calling, emailing, and stopping by in person to meet with local venues, organizations, and media, along with attending and assisting with scheduled events. You can set your own hours as long as you’re communicating with prospective venues etc. during the hours that are most likely to be successful (typically mostly during business hours).

The successful candidate will be confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills, organized, professional, and reliable. This person will coordinate with the rest of the team regarding possible options but must be a self-starter with strong initiative to make things happen with little guidance. We are seeking someone who can understand the end goal and come up with ways to make it happen on his/her own.

There is an expectation that the person in this role will schedule a group mediumship reading event at least once every four to six weeks and media interviews (including podcasts, etc.) to be booked at least once every two weeks to four weeks. There is flexibility in how you proceed to make this happen, as long as you are hitting these targets.
