Position: Marketing Specialist
Job Description: As a marketing specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services with potential clients in various settings including their homes. You will research markets and work closely with the agency director to identify targeted areas, create compelling market materials, and execute marketing campaigns. During all aspects of marketing the marketing specialist will ensure the vision and core values as to promote a caring approach with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research to identify potential client demographics and target marketable areas
· Develop strategies to promote our services in identified communities
· Create and modify materials such as brochures, flyers, and possible digital content
· Collaborate with leadership team to ensure budgetary compliance
· Analysis of effectiveness of strategies in targeted areas
· Continued development to remain up-to-date with industry trends and activities
· Organizing and attending events to network
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for messaging and branding
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
· Proved experience in Marketing preferably in a health care industry
· Strong knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
