Job Responsibilities-

Social Media & Blog Management-

- Manage social media posts across various platforms.

- Monitor social media and response to comments/messages.

- Prepare client and advisors newsletters.

- Managed and update company blog.

Receptionist Back-up Support-

- Provide backup support to receptionist performing office duties including answering phones.

- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

- Handle client inquiries on related documents and trust funding.

Seminars Coordination-

- Assist in the planning and execution of seminars & events.

- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation (PowerPoint presentations) and attendee

registration.

- Attend seminars to provide technical support.

Archives Management-

- Manage files for meetings.

- Verify digitalization of records and purge files.

- Update file locations and organization of files.

Deeds and LLC Administration-

- Coordinate with attorney on deed preparation and LLC interest.

- Coordinate with clients on obtaining signatures and recorded deeds.

Marketing Assistance-

- Assist with marketing initiatives including Avvo, brochures, financial guides, etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications-

- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms and QuickBooks.

- Friendly and Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

- Previous legal experience is a plus.
