Organic Planet Cleaning is a leading provider of residential and commercial cleaning services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and creating a positive, supportive environment for our employees. At this time we have two positions available one part-time and one full-time with some evening hours available.
Training starts at $18/hr up to $21/hr. We offer 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment and after 3 months of employment, an hr massage every 60 days at Fusion Day Spa.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
Ensure all spaces are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Requirements:
Some experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
