One Work Helper Needed

Looking for a specific person who has high drive/motivation, common sense, and people skills. We are a small but growing LLC and are fully insured. No specific training required. Will train the right person. Payment is to be discussed but would be qualified as above average for the position. Would start as part time and merge into full time. I personally work anywhere between 70-100 hours a week. A tough mindset and physical strength are imperative. We work rain, snow, sleet or shine. We only do not work when it poses a risk to the equipment and even then sometimes we still work. Depending on circumstances. You MUST be adaptable or be used to hard labor under harsh weather conditions. For example it’s 3am and 19 degrees and I just got done backfilling by hand under industrial lights. It’s okay if you’re not cut out to do this type of work but if you like a challenge and like to accomplish tasks. Come on.
