Job description
Night shift Janitorial, Cleaning and Custodial staff are needed in the Asheville NC area to clean indoor facilities. ALL EXPERIENCED CLEANING WORKERS PLEASE APPLY!

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9pm-5am and Friday from 7pm to 3am
Pay: $15/hour

Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Job description subject to change.
● The GENERAL CLEANER cleans bathrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, spaces, etc., vacuuming carpet, wet mopping floors, trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, stocking restroom supplies, soap & towel dispensers, other duties as needed. Self-motivated and able to perform the duties of the job without supervision. Dependable and neat in appearance.
● Operates various types of equipment and machinery, which include wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc.
● Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other service workers.
● Report any malfunctions/maintenance problems to the supervisor. Discusses work problems and/or schedule problems with supervisor and/or management. May be required to lock and/or unlock doors. Attends training meetings and sessions as directed.
