M&C Assemblies is seeking self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals with previous bicycle assembly experience. This position is an excellent fit for someone with a positive attitude, who loves working with their hands as well as seeing direct compensation for their skillset!
This is a performance-based role. The more you build, the more you make. Keeping a steady pace is KEY!
Compensation:
- Performance-based
- Paid weekly on Friday.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must have your own tools (in a tool bag) including: 3/8 Drive Allen (hex) sockets / keys, torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, Phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver, bike stand, and portable air compressor.
- Smart device (phone or tablet) capable of downloading apps, for invoicing purposes.
Availability:
- 20 to 40 hours per week
