Vegan Chef Partner wanted

Searching for the creative vegan chef. No experience needed for a collaboration to discuss and develop storefront aspirations for a vegan dining vegan around Weaverville, North Carolina. It will be a partnership to be agreed upon beforehand, clearly and fairly with everyone on the same page before any thing starts, where the vegan chef provides creative vegan creations at the minimum and I or we provide capital, ideas, labor strategy, tactics and the vegan chef can chip in with any of that, but at the bare minimum they need to be creative and want to get into a partnership to build something collaboratively.
