The Role:
As a Valet Attendant, you’re not just parking cars – you’re setting the tone for our guests’ stay by providing a seamless and courteous arrival experience. This position includes base pay plus cash tips.
What You'll Do:
-Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, creating a positive first impression.
-Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's handled with care and delivered promptly to their room.
-Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles, maintaining a well-organized valet area.
-Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions upon request.
-Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
-Collaborate with the front desk to ensure a smooth arrival process.
-Keep accurate records of vehicles and ensure their security during the stay.
Your Skills and Style:
-Your hospitality shines through – you thrive on making guests feel welcome and valued.
-Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are your trademarks.
-Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
-You must have a clean drivers’ license with at least 2 years driving experience on a full license and the ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
-Attention to detail ensures the safe handling of guests' vehicles and belongings.
-Physical fitness and the ability to lift luggage are part of your skill set.
-A flexible schedule is your ally, as valet services operate around the clock.
