The Anchorage Restaurant is growing and will require a Head Bartender that is
committed to growing our beverage program in a way that compliments all other
elements. This position is for a self starter. While there are parameters for the position a potential candidate should expect a fair amount of creative freedom and the ability to work with
quality ingredients. Passion for fresh and creative cocktails is a must.

Key Responsibilities
● Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of the Bar Program at The Anchorage
● Maintain a high-quality, high-functioning bar
● Guarantee high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods
● Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies and procedures
● Continuously build a high performance team
What You Bring to the Table
● Bartender experience
● Excellent food and beverage knowledge
● Initiative & follow through
● Excellent verbal & written communication
● Attention to detail
● Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
● Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
● Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
● Communication and leadership skills
● Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
● Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
● Guest-oriented and service-minded
