Server Assistant – The Bull and Beggar (River Arts District)

Part-Time | Evenings | Great Tips | Strong Team

The Bull and Beggar is hiring a Server Assistant to join our dinner service team. We’re a tucked-away spot in the River Arts District known for thoughtful service, a focused menu, and a high standard of hospitality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and wants to be part of a tight, professional crew.

What the role looks like:

You’ll support our servers and bartenders during dinner service—clearing and resetting tables, running food, polishing glassware, keeping water glasses full, and helping maintain the flow of the dining room. It’s an active, team-based role that requires awareness, hustle, and a good attitude. Many of our Server Assistants have grown into Server or Bartender positions.

What we’re looking for:

Evening and weekend availability

A calm, focused energy (even when it’s busy)

Clean, professional appearance and strong communication

Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed

Experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person

What we offer:

Competitive pay with tip share

A collaborative, respectful work environment

Opportunity for growth within a well-regarded hospitality group

To apply:

Send us a quick note with your availability and a little about yourself. Resumes are welcome but not required. We’re hiring now and scheduling working interviews this week.
