Requirements and Qualifications:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift and lift 25 lbs
Self-motivated and self-directed
Works well as part of a team
Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders and recipes
Previous or relevant work experience
Able to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule
Answer, report and follow chef’s and managers' instructions
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, attitude is everything!
Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
Solid references
Attention to detail
Strong listener and communicator
Attention to hygiene and sanitation
