Supports the Executive Chef, helping prepare and supervise the production of daily meals. Have input on weekly menu cycles, employee training, and supporting client/customers dietary accommodation requests. Working knowledge and familiarity of allergens, dietary restrictions, and vegetarian/vegan diets. Work with college farm and garden, as well as other local vendors, to support sustainability and local food sourcing.
Full time position, qualified on first day of employment for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, and holiday pay.) Begin earning vacation and sick time on day 1. Uniforms, safety shoes, parking provided.
