We are looking for a dedicated culinary artist familiar with various styles of food preparation, has a great work ethic, works clean, and loves working with an awesome team under the direction of Chef Ryan Kline. We are a scratch kitchen using only the finest products from local farms and purveyors.
Jargon is a small family-owned restaurant in the heart of West Asheville. Roughly 40 seats inside and 40 seats outside in our beautiful courtyard (with retractable roof).
