The Mountain Inn & Suites Flat Rock Hotel is hiring for a Full Time Front Desk Agent (2nd shift, 3p-11p).
-We prefer to have someone with previous hotel experience, but it's not required.
-Scheduled Days; Friday-Tuesday.
-Being able to work Evenings (3-11), Weekends, Holidays, & During inclement weather is required. We are a hotel and are open 24/7 & have a small staff, so dependability is a must.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have reliable transportation & a Valid NC Driver's License.
-Good Computer literacy & previous customer service experience is required. Please email your resume or come in to fill out an application if interested in this position.
Job Duties:
-Answering phones and making reservations.
-Helping Guests as needed
-Problem Solving as issues occur
-Checking People in - Collecting Payments (Cash & Credit Cards)
-Side work as requested
-Keeping the lobby presentable
-Preparing Arrivals for Next Day
